MAY MEETING AND PICNIC

 Originally scheduled for Saturday, May 14, there is a conflict with a Rally Show & Go that several Members wish to attend.

 Proposal to switch it to Sunday, May 15.

MOTION & SECOND (Bonnie Berg Eckhoff, Chris White) to switch the MEETING & PICNIC to SUNDAY, MAY 15, 2022. Approved unanimously.

 Thank you, Ken Yager and Chris White, for agreeing to set up the Grill and start cooking prior to the meeting.

 The Club will pay for the Burgers and Hot Dogs. Thank you, Ken Yager, for agreeing to shop for them prior.

 Those with special diets or prefer a different entrée may bring what they wish, and Ken and Chris have agreed to grill it if desired. [PRO TIP – if you are bringing chicken, you may wish to cook it a little prior, or it will take 40-60 minutes by grill.]

 Members will be asked to bring accompanying dishes, whether appetizer, vegetables, main courses, dessert or other. Ken will be sending out an email to follow up on this. The Meeting will begin at 2 PM.
